Our Fort Myers office is located at 15821 Hollyfern Court in Fort Myers on the HealthPark Medical Center campus, in South Fort Myers.
Located on the corner of Bass Road and Health Park Circle, the freestanding building includes a sports medicine center for young athletes. Our location provides convenient access for patients and families with a close proximity to the Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida and the Ronald McDonald House.

Our Naples Office is located at 1280 Creekside St., Ste. 101.
Traveling east on Immokalee Road, turn right (south) on
Goodlette-Frank Road and make the first right into the parking lot.
